Aaron Gary is the Chief Administrative Officer at Tempo, Inc. which includes Tempo Mechanical, Tempo Service, and US-EcoLogic.
Aaron works on the regional and national levels for the development of indoor environmental quality, energy efficient and green building protocols, such as the ASHRAE 62.2, National Green Building Standard (NGBS) and the 2024 IECC.
Aaron currently serves on several industry committees including, ASHRAE SSPC062.2, the ICC Sustainability Membership Council, the ICC IECC Residential Economics, Modeling, and Whole-Building Metrics Subcommittee, the NGBS 2024 Consensus Committee, the NGBS Verifier Advisory Panel, and the North Texas Council of Governments - Energy and Green Advisory Board.
Aaron is a RESNET-credentialed Quality Assurance Designee and Instructor as well as an ICC Commercial and Residential Energy Code Inspector and Plans Examiner. He is also certified as a LEED Accredited Professional for Homes and BD&C, LEED for Homes QAD, LEED for Homes Green Rater and a National Green Building Standard Maser Verifier. He holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a graduate degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech.
