Amanda Polematidis is an Associate Project Manager at Hanson Professional Services, a full-service consulting firm that provides a wide range of engineering, planning and allied services. Amanda earned a B.S. in biological engineering from University of Florida and an M.A. in secondary science education from UCF. Amanda previously taught for seven years and offers unique insight into educational facility design and operation. Amanda is current Chair of the USGBC of North Florida, Architecture Construction Engineering mentor, and STEM partner to various schools in Northeast Florida. Her passion and commitment are always clear as a leader, mentor, educator, and community member. Amanda is currently featured as a clean energy superhero in the Erin Twamley's children's book "Everyday Superheroes: Women in Energy Careers."
