Dr. Tinianov’s 30-year career has been dedicated to innovation and disruption in building technologies and real estate development. He currently serves as Mynt System’s Head of Strategy, where he leads their business growth, government affairs, and impact initiatives. Prior to joining Mynt, Brandon was View’s VP of Industry Strategy, helping scale them from pre-commercial product through mainstream market adoption and finally NASDAQ IPO. His work at View included leading their Vertical Market strategy (including the Commercial Office, Aviation, and Healthcare sectors) and developing projects in for the largest developers and airports in the country. Brandon also led their market leading Health and Environmental research and Government Affairs initiatives. Prior to joining View, Brandon was the Chief Technology Officer at Serious Energy and prior to that, a was senior researcher at the Johns Manville Corporation.
Brandon has served the US Green Building Council for 15+ years in various capacities including the co-founder of the Silicon Valley Chapter, chair of the USGC Chair of the National Advisory Council, and as Treasurer and Secretary of their Board of Directors. He has a PhD in Engineering Systems, is a registered Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional. Brandon has 33 issued US Patents and numerous cited publications.
