Gregg Woodruff

Senior Associate / Sustainability Leader

Parsippany, New Jersey

Mr. Woodruff is a Shareholder and Sustainability Leader at Langan Engineering and Environmental Services with over 20 years of experience in land development consulting, land use planning, natural resources permitting, and sustainable design projects. Mr. Woodruff’s project management approach focuses on the multi-disciplinary nature of complex urban redevelopment projects that include environmental issues, stormwater management challenges, and urban design principles. Mr. Woodruff has managed Langan’s work on award-winning and recognized smart growth and sustainable design projects.

Mr. Woodruff currently serves on the MLAB and previously served on the Executive Committee (Chair) of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chapter of USGBC. Mr. Woodruff has also served as the chair of the Greenbuild Program Working Group as well as the Chair of the Education Events Committee.

Prior to joining Langan, Mr. Woodruff’s work included three years of experience at a non-profit environmental organization specializing in land planning and environmental restoration activities. During graduate studies and a research position at Villanova University, Mr. Woodruff’s research analyzed the pollutant removal efficiency of a storm water wetland best management practice as part of the Villanova University Urban Stormwater Partnership (VUSP) and the application of progressive stormwater management techniques to development and land planning practices.
