Jana Lake is the President of 3R Sustainability and Sustainability Assurance Services. Jana helps clients realize the value of sustainability in their organization by defining their material ESG impacts, risks and opportunities, and helps them define the right goals, metrics, and action plan to achieve them. She believes that Healthy People in Healthy Places are critical to a Healthy Economy, focusing on the health and productivity of an organization's team, and the buildings and environment in which they work, to increase business value. Her work with the USGBC and the Green Sports Alliance resulted in the “Ready to Play” Playbook, which provides critical guidance on creating a healthy facility and reopening safely to athletes, staff and fans. In 2015, Jana launched 3R Sustainability to offer sustainability consulting services for buildings and businesses, and in 2020, 3R became a certified woman-owned business. Jana has spent more than 25 years in consulting, several with Accenture leading its global internal change team aligning its people, processes, and programs to achieve the company’s strategy. Jana is an active member of CEOs for Sustainability with Sustainable Pittsburgh, Green Sports Alliance, Green Building Alliance, Strip District Neighbors Advisory Board Member, and was recognized as a USGBC Shero for Mentoring in 2020.
