Krissy joined LRK in 2011, bringing with her a wealth of sustainable project experience. With a passion for preservation and adaptive reuse, her project experience includes the Hotel Chisca and Tennessee Brewery historic rehabilitations, One Commerce Square renovation (LEED CS Gold certified), guiding the Smith & Nephew Learning Center to achieve LEED Gold certification, managing Energy Star certification for the FedEx World Headquarters campus, and most recently, guiding the Crosstown Concourse project to becoming the largest historic/adaptive reuse LEED Platinum project. Krissy is the past chair of US Green Building Council’s Memphis Chapter, where she has spearheaded the yearly “Paper Power” event geared toward engaging area youth in sustainability. Krissy is skilled at team management, client service, consultant coordination, local building official interface and construction administration.
