Luke Lanciano serves as the Director of Sustainability for The Tower Companies, taking the lead on sustainability initiatives across their portfolio.
Luke is a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) for Operations and Maintenance, a Fitwel Ambassador, and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
He is currently a member of the Building Performance Improvement Board in Montgomery County, was appointed by Governor Moore to serve on the Maryland Building Energy Transition Implementation Task Force, and serves as a Co-Chair for the Emerging Leaders Council of the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) of Metropolitan DC. Finally, Luke is also proud to volunteer with Rock Creek Conservancy as a Stream Team Leader, helping remove trash from the Park before it impacts downstream wildlife.
