For over 30 years I have enjoyed leading teams of development professionals in the pursuit of well-constructed and designed buildings. Now the focus of those projects includes energy efficient buildings and concern for the societies in which they serve. The served societies includes the people who occupy the buildings, as the industry has developed ways to construct in a healthy manner.

Combining all the learnings from those 30 years, formal and otherwise, and my drive is to now give back of that knowledge so that others errors and successes. I have worked and led many cross-functional teams in development and in general business.

Part of working with societies is being a part of the community. I have served on Prince William County's Human Rights Commission, and on the Board of Directors/Trustees for local charities. My thinking is people care about the environment and people will drive business economics, though the preponderance of people places no emphasis on people being the drivers of those 2 entities and that is where I focus my attention. My thesis was based upon the affect of land use on local communities and how to drive to achieving successful land development, embraced by the community.
