Molly Dunlap

Senior Sustainability Specialist

Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc.

Middleton, Wisconsin

My passion is finding the right balance between people, planet and profit for each client. In high performance buildings, there is no one size fits all. I strive to bring the latest innovations and sustainable strategies to my projects so the team can make informed decisions that bring long term value to the client and community. LEED and WELL projects are my specialty and I have experience leading the
design and documentation of projects seeking certification from start to finish. I enjoy facilitating the goal setting for the project with the client and building consensus around the project vision. It is important to me that the project team explore different green building strategies early in design, utilizing a integrative process. Teamwork, coordination and being faithful to the project vision is how I like to lead project teams to create the best project, environmentally and economically, for the client.

I graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Architecture and participated in the school's Rome Studies Program. I am a registered architect in Wisconsin and LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP and NCARB accredited. My other activities include being a board officer with USGBC Wisconsin, a volunteer with the USGBC Midwest Region and a member of Sustain Dane.
