Suchi Daniels is a professional architect who is the Sustainability Manager for the University of South Florida. Suchi believes that the framework of USGBC and LEED provides an essential shift in thought for her and the future generation architects, focusing on integrative design, respect for each other’s roles, and the collaboration of the design and construction process.
In addition to her currently role, Suchi is a lifelong volunteer in both the professional and local community. She believes strongly that serving as a volunteer provides insight and a broader understanding of what role the built environment means.
Suchi has received several service awards including USF’s Outstanding Employee of the Year.
Suchi holds a BA in Architecture from Iowa State University, a MArch from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA, with an emphasis in Sustainable Business, from the Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida, Tampa.
In addition to her LEED AP BD+C, her licenses and certifications include Florida Registered Architect, CSI’s CDT & CCCA, The Center for Health Design’s EDAC, and The Center for Green Schools Green Classroom Professional.
