The Social Equity Planning and Assessment Tool is part of USGBC’s Equity Action Plan. It is intended to encourage and help project teams plan, assess and be recognized for the actions they take to advance equity. This preliminary draft presents ideas and a structure to encourage discussion, revision, and improvement. A version for existing buildings will follow.
