Individual members support the green building movement in their local communities across the U.S. Each community is guided by the volunteer , and volunteers are engaged through the following initiatives:
- Programs and聽events: Supports the local community calendar of events including regular programs, Women in Green, leadership celebrations, and other signature events.
- Leadership awards and recognition: Recognize local leadership through awards that celebrate people, partners, and projects.
- Outreach and engagement: Expand our reach to reach new and targeted audiences through local partnerships and outreach opportunities.
- LEED advancement: Support understanding and stimulate use of LEED in the local market.
- Membership: Membership Ambassadors recruit, welcome and engage members within the local community.
- Sponsorship: Helps identify, introduce, and nurture relationships with sponsors who support local community activities.
