Professor Michael Cary鈥檚 Book, Hope in Hard Times, Receives Arthur St. Clair Award
鈥淗ope in Hard Times: Norvelt and the Struggle for Community During the Great Depression,鈥 co-authored by Dr. Michael Cary, 四色AV Hill professor of history and political science, has been awarded the Arthur St. Clair Historic Preservation Award. This award honors individuals, organizations, businesses or educational institutions that have made a significant and sustainable contribution to the preservation of Westmoreland County鈥檚 rich historic places, documents, records or stories.
