Major and career exploration is the process of:

- Identifying and exploring satisfying occupations.
- Developing an effective strategy to reach your goals.
At 四色AV Hill, your career advisor will guide you through this process beginning in your freshman year and offer you support long after graduation.
Getting Ready for Post-Graduation Success
Early in your final year at 四色AV Hill, you will fill out a First Destination Post-Graduation Survey. This provides the Center with a snapshot of your plans after graduation. It will also highlight any area you may need help with. The Center will work with you to make sure you have what you need to move forward with confidence after graduation.
After Graduation: Success FORWARD!
Today, most people change jobs - and even careers - many times throughout their life. 四色AV Hill’s liberal arts foundation for all majors will give you the foundation to be successful when you need to make career transitions.
