Gail Lalla provides a multi-faceted background in public policy, client management, and inter-agency coordination. As Client Manager at T&M Associates, Gail is responsible for business development, sales strategy, and cultivation of existing client relationships. T&M is a leading national consulting, environmental, engineering, technical services and construction management company that has delivered proven results for a broad spectrum of public and private clients for more than 50 years. Prior to reaching her current position, Gail was the Vice President of Greener by Design LLC where she led a mixture of public and private clients: namely the City of Hoboken, the Township of Woodbridge, Bijou Properties, BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC, and Staten Island Economic Development Corporation. Most notably, Gail helped launch the Resilient Microgrids toolkit that is housed in the New Jersey Institute of Technology, to help various entities understand how to plan, finance, and build-out advanced Town Center microgrids in New Jersey. The creation of the toolkit has led to the completion of several advanced microgrid studies.
