Jennifer Wolf joined Sustainable Building Partners in September 2013. Jennifer realized her passion for green building after spending six years working for commercial general contractors in the DC Metro area. Her background in project development and building construction provides a valuable and unique perspective on our consulting projects. Jennifer co-manages the Sustainable Program's Department and is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the delivery of sustainable projects including new construction, interior fit-outs, and neighborhoods under USGBC's LEED rating system. She closely follows the design and construction team, providing technical guidance and support to improve sustainable design elements and address jurisdictional requirements. Jennifer also provides sustainability consulting and certification guidance to projects pursuing NGBS, WELL, and Fitwel certification. In recent years, her work has extended to service development and completion of whole-building life cycle assessments (LCAs), using LEED as a framework for impact reduction. Jennifer researches material performance, collaborates with the design and construction teams, and completes carbon position studies to drive reductions in embodied carbon.
