Nancy Larson

Sustainability Project Manager

Nancy Larson has worked in the fields of architecture, design and commercial real estate services for more than 20 years. Since 2009, she has led project teams for LEED and other third-party certifications, implementing best environmental practices for sustainable building operations and continuous improvement.

Nancy has served as project team lead for a number of high profile green certifications, winning several distinguished awards for water conversation including the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce’s E3 Award, the Atlanta Better Buildings Outstanding Water Project, the Urban Green Council’s national EBie Award, and the USGBC Georgia Chrysalis Award. She joined JLL's Project and Development Services team in December 2021 and oversees certification programs for both existing and new construction projects.
As a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Operations & Maintenance, Nancy continues to be actively involved with the green building community. She has served as a member of the USGBC-Georgia Atlanta Branch Leadership Group and Advocacy liaison, as a founding member and previous chair of the High-Performance Healthy Schools committee, with the Greenbuild 2019 host committee, and with the Women in Green event committee since 2020, and currently serves on the Market Leadership Advisory Board. Additionally, she has worked with the City of Atlanta on energy efficiency initiatives and served on the Steering Committee for the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge. Nancy currently volunteers with the RCE Greater Atlanta where she has served as a co-lead for the Business Engagement Action Group and Mentorship program, and has previously served on BOMA Georgia’s Editorial Board. She has written and presented on topics relating to sustainability and the built environment for events and conferences including AIA Georgia, BOMA Georgia, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), Green Chamber of the South, Greenbuild, and USGBC-Georgia.
Nancy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia.
