Tiki (she/her) serves as the Vice President for Education and Events at the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) where she leads an incredible team that conceptualizes, plans, and implements placed-based and online events and education. Prior to joining USGBC, she served as the Assistant Vice President for Professional Development at NASPA where she led the professional development, meetings, online-learning, event technology, and program execution teams, which collectively planned and executed 25-30 national conferences annually. Tiki was also responsible for NASPA’s international efforts in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. During her career, Tiki has worked at several boarding schools and served in student affairs at the University of Maryland, College Park. She speaks on various topics surrounding leadership, DEI, student development, brand management, inclusive programing, career development, and the importance of professional development. She received her B.A. from Morgan State University and earned her M.A. from the University of Maryland.
