Valerie Molinski is a member of the Sustainability Strategy team at Wells Fargo North America. She is an SME and main interface related to sustainable design and construction of all spaces across both retail and office portfolios and supports and advises internal groups to advance Wells Fargo's 2030 goals related to energy, water, carbon, waste, climate risk and resiliency and employee wellbeing. Valerie has previously certified many projects and millions of square feet within various environmental building benchmarking systems. She is currently working on project wide material health guidelines as well as an 800,000-sf ground up net-positive energy office project expected to earn LEED platinum, as well as an ambitious upcoming net positive energy and water, net zero carbon mass timber office project.
